I am looking for a roommate to share the costs.
You will have your own bedroom
And your own toilet. (there are 2 toilets available)
Shared bathroom, living area, and kitchen.
Everything is furnished except for the bedroom you will be renting; you can furnish that entirely yourself 🙂
I also have a small dog (Chihuahua), 10 years old, so a very calm animal, affectionate once she gets to know you.
Costs are shared. 1300 euros total rent. You pay half of this yourself.
(650 rent + 150 fixed costs) 800 euros total. (water, electricity, gas, internet included in the 150 euros)
The property is located in Gavere, right next to the supermarkets, bus stop, and train station.
