Living in a green oasis right in the village center. The benefits of the center combined with the tranquility of nature around you. This is what we offer with the Baeyenshof cohousing project. Our target group consists of people aged 55 and over who wish to live together and enjoy private residences in 9 newly built private apartments. For the entire cohousing community, there is a large shared apartment where residents and visitors can meet. It is fully equipped with a spacious living area and kitchen, two bedrooms for visitors, a bathroom, and a terrace. The new development will utilize a heat pump for heating and generate electricity from solar panels. Car sharing is a potential option. The project will be realized in 2026. The first tenants are expected to move in in March 2027.
