The first thing you see when stepping into this house are the beautiful marble steps that lead up to a main staircase made of wood and adorned with wrought iron balusters. The house was built all the way back in 1889, and the existing structure was preserved as much as possible because it is part of what gives this house its unique character. We also preserved considerable woodwork because it contributes to the unique character of the place. The upcycled, vintage, and newly-acquired pieces of furniture intermingled with splashes of color create a cozy atmosphere.

There are different types of rooms, depending on whether the bathroom is shared or private. Each room has a sink and is furnished with a desk, chair, and closet. Depending on the room, it may also have its own shower and toilet.
