I am looking for someone to move in with me for an apartment in Bornem with 2 separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, to share the costs and the fun. It concerns a ground-floor apartment (see photos) in Bornem on the Puursesteenweg, within walking distance of the station and the town center. * Bedroom 1 with private bathroom * Bedroom 2 with private bathroom and toilet (wheelchair accessible) * Toilet in the hallway * Kitchen * Living room * South-facing garden with terrace * Cellar space * Parking space One of the two bedrooms is adapted for a wheelchair user. The rent would be €1,000/month, so divided by two that comes to €500 per month per person (excluding water, gas, electricity, etc.). The apartment is not immediately available; minor repairs and painting work still need to be done. This will presumably be finished by July.
