I am going traveling in the spring, so I am looking for a temporary tenant for my super cozy apartment in Borgerhout extra muros, near Te Boelaer Park and all the trendy bars. Supermarket around the corner, everything close by, tram to the city nearby, bike hook on the facade to secure your bike (can also be stored in the basement). My apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person. A super sunny 10 m² terrace is a real bonus. Large living room, a somewhat smaller kitchen, but it works just fine. Feel free to register your domicile here for these two months. I am taking unpaid leave from work. Exact dates: January 29 to April 3.
Personal space
You have the whole apartment to yourself. I have everything: cupboards, sofa, kitchenware. You don't even need to bring towels. You can use everything. Small request: water the plants occasionally and be a bit frugal with the heating and water (like a good father or mother does). Currently, my cat is still living with me too. I can look for a solution for her, but if you are a big cat lover, she can stay as well.
