The apartment measures 158 m² in total, and all three bedrooms open onto a terrace. It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. It's a 5-minute bike ride to Central Station, 5 minutes to Dageraadplaats, and 10 minutes to Rivierenhof. Tram 24 stops right outside the door.
Personal space
Two rooms are available. They are both available starting April 1st, but May or June 1st could also be a possible start date for one of them. The rooms are both bright and approximately 15 and 17 square meters. They are unfurnished (except for the large wardrobe in both rooms with mirrored doors). As you can see in the photos, one of the rooms currently has plant-like wallpaper, which could be painted over. One room has a door to the terrace, the other does not, but you can access it (safely) via a small stepladder through the window.
