We are looking for a new housemate now that the current housemate is starting an exciting new chapter. The house is located near Kruger Park (Borgerhout); the room is available from September. The house consists of 4 floors with a city garden; parking is not included (street parking is possible), EPC label B (incl. solar panels). Street: Gijselsstraat, 2140 Borgerhout, near Kruger Park, Turnhoutsebaan, and various supermarkets within walking distance. Tram stop Zegel (lines 10 and 8) is within walking distance, and city bikes and bicycle storage are nearby. Costs include insurance, water, electricity/gas, cleaning help (every two weeks), and unlimited fiber internet. Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and two combination fridges. Other spaces: living room and dining room, spacious cellar, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, separate guest toilet, cellar storage (possibility to store a road bike indoors) and city garden (with lounge area and garden table)
