I have an entire home available with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room in the same space, a shared spacious bathroom with a toilet on the first floor, and next to it your 22m² room. We are located in a quiet, child-friendly neighborhood in Berchem, a 3-minute walk from the station. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms belonging to me and my son. The entire house has a basement, so you can store some belongings there if needed. I have my son for 5 days every two weeks; on the other days, I am often at my girlfriend's place, so you will often have the whole house to yourself. I am preferably looking for someone around my age (35) who can also handle a 3-year-old. You do not have to take care of him; that is my job, but a good connection is, of course, recommended.
