It is located in the heart of Old Berchem, within walking distance of Berchem station and the Groen Kwartier.
Personal space
The room is located on the 3rd floor and used to be a full-fledged studio apartment (35m²). Consequently, you don't have to take anyone into account in the morning, as you have your own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. The room is partially furnished (wardrobes, bedside tables, and some decorations).
