NL, EN below A room will become available in Pulhof Berchem. This cohousing is looking for a working roommate. Preferably someone who doesn't smoke, doesn't have pets, and is interested in a long-term stay. Move-in date is around the beginning of April, but negotiable. The room is spacious and has a south-facing window, allowing for plenty of natural light! The house itself is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and other amenities. There is also a washing machine in the basement. The house is very close to the tram network (<3 minutes), Carrefour (5 minutes), and Albert Heijn (10 minutes). Middelheim Park, campus, and Brilschans Park are within walking distance (less than 15 minutes). You will be sharing the house with three wonderful women who value personal space. You will share the bathroom with one other person, with an entrance through your room. The rent is €425 + EGWI (currently €100-150 per month). There is also a deposit of two months' rent (850 euros). Proof of income is required by the landlord. There is an option to take over some of the furniture.
