Very large ground floor in loft style and furnished studio

Type of cohouse

Shared home

Common parts

This is a bit different from most co-housing you see, specifically a Brand-new ground-floor shared loft with a strong industrial vibe, ecologically transformed into what it is today, and all this in the vibrant heart of old Berchem, close to everything and everyone! A very old building (1895) where you can completely unwind, yet located on a busy street. Everything is conveniently close by: culture, good organic shops, some cool eco-friendly shops, lots of greenery, places to grab a beer, sports...

Personal space

Every room is equipped with every comfort; you only need to provide a clean mattress yourself. Everything has been renovated using eco-friendly methods.

What can you expect in terms of cleanliness?

A structured, well-organized and clean place.

We are looking for someone who

This is an oasis of calm; after a long workday, that is certainly needed. That does not mean there isn't room for some cheerfulness, and a cozy evening is definitely possible too. Furthermore, we want a mix of creative people who want to make use of the studio. However, within that mix, we certainly also see people who do not need the studio. Only creative types... that won't end well! Only proper creative activities, as fabrics are sewn and workshops are also given. Sometimes joint activities and workshops are organized.
