The house is located within walking distance of the island as well as the city center, with tram and bus stops around the corner. 🚋🚌 On the ground floor, you step into a bright living space with an open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, storage space), which opens onto a cozy courtyard (where we could potentially place a jacuzzi in the summer) 🌿. Half a floor up, you will find a spacious bathroom shared with Caroline, a separate toilet, and a washing machine (a dryer is certainly welcome to come along). 🧺 On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: Caroline's and the new tenant's. 🛏️🛏️ On another mezzanine level, there is access to the cozy roof terrace. ☀️🌇 Upstairs, there is another bedroom belonging to Shanti, a second bathroom and toilet, and an extra room of +/- 13m² that you share with Shanti as an office, dressing room, or storage 🖥️👗📦. We also have a spacious basement and attic for extra storage. 📦 The common areas are already furnished; you can decorate your own room however you like 🪴🛋️.
Personal space
The bedroom of approximately 13 m² is available immediately. This bedroom is located on the first floor. Additionally, you share a second room of +/-13 m² for extra storage, a desk, or a dressing room. The room is unfurnished; a wardrobe in the dressing room can optionally be taken over free of charge.
