🏡✨ CO-HOUSING IN ANTWERP – FRIENDLY CO-HOUSER WANTED! ✨🏡 Hi everyone! 👋 Because someone is leaving our cozy nest, we are looking for a new co-houser. From November 1st, a bedroom of approximately 13 m² will become available. It is located on the first floor of a modern townhouse on Duboisstraat in Antwerp. Additionally, you will share a second room of +/-13 m² for extra storage, a desk, or a dressing room. 📍 THE LOCATION The house is within walking distance of the Eilandje as well as the city center, with tram and bus stops around the corner. 🚋🚌 👭 WHO ARE WE? 👩 Caroline (35) works as a corporate travel agent. When she is not at the office, she prefers planning her next vacation or meeting up with friends for a drink. ✈️🍹 👩 Shanti (30) is looking for a new direction in her career. She enjoys exploring city life and isn't afraid of a drink and a dance. She also likes walking but enjoys a cozy evening on the couch. 🍷💃🥾🛋️ 💛 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a sociable woman between 25 and 38 years old with a steady income (landlord requirement). You love a neat, warm home. You enjoy joining in for an aperitif but also respect everyone's me-time. 🥂🏡 🏠 WHAT DOES OUR HOUSE LOOK LIKE? On the ground floor, you step into a bright living space with an open kitchen, which opens onto a cozy courtyard where we plan to place a jacuzzi in the summer. 🌿🛁 Half a floor up, you will find a spacious bathroom shared with Caroline, a separate toilet, and a washing machine (a dryer is certainly welcome). 🧺 On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, belonging to Caroline and the new tenant (see floor plan, blue circle). 🛏️🛏️ On another mezzanine level, there is access to the cozy roof terrace. ☀️🌇 At the very top, there is another bedroom belonging to Shanti, a second bathroom and toilet, and the extra room of +/- 13m2 that you use together with Shanti as an office, dressing room, or storage (see floor plan, green circle) 🖥️👗📦. We also have a spacious cellar and attic for extra storage. 📦 The common areas are already furnished; you can decorate your own room however you like. Furniture can be taken over in consultation. 🪴🛋️ 💶 AND WHAT DOES IT COST? The rent is approximately €650 per month. That includes rent, internet, and an advance payment for gas, electricity, and water (the latter is charged every 3 months). In addition, there is the purchase of service vouchers every few months for the bi-weekly cleaning help (+/- €30 /month/pp - this is usually purchased at once for a number of months). The security deposit amounts to a total of 3 months' rent, which comes down to €1,556.15 per person. 💌 INTERESTED IN LIVING HERE?
