🌸 Welcome to my apartment near the Antwerp Zoo, where you can hear the lions, monkeys, and birds from the terrace. 🌸 The living spaces consist of a cozy terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub (getting an update in September), a kitchen, a separate toilet, and a two-part living room with a bay window. In the front part of the living room, there are armchairs, books, craft supplies, and a TV screen (no subscription, but with a cable to connect to your laptop). In the second part, there is a large dining table with eight chairs and my music corner (piano, three guitars, and a desk). Both parts of the living room have a fireplace, just like the bedrooms. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. You have your own cupboard for your belongings. In the hallway, there is also a large cupboard for coats/shoes and a smaller one with drawers that we share. The bathroom is also equipped with your own storage space. Downstairs, there is a bicycle garage at the end of the hallway. Washing machine available, possibility to connect a dryer. Although the home is located in the heart of the city, inside you hardly notice any of the hustle and bustle outside! ✨ The apartment is decorated with plants, paintings, posters, and rugs. ✨
Personal space
Spacious room with high windows/ceiling and fireplace. When you open your window, you have a sort of mini 'balcony' (with rails), so you can lean out of the window but not sit there. Curtains are provided (not blackout). The current wardrobe (from IKEA with mirror) can stay. I also have an extra desk and chairs available if desired. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment, so you have quite a lot of privacy regarding noise.
What can you expect in terms of cleanliness?
