I am renting out the following bedroom (see photos). Both furnished and unfurnished options are available. It is a 2-minute walk from Handel metro station. (And Handel metro station is 3 stops from the central station.) A resident parking permit and registration of residence are possible. In addition to your own spacious room (16m²), there is also the living room, kitchen, bathroom, dresser (which you share with me), and an attic/basement for storing items if needed. Important: there is also a cat in the house. The all-inclusive price is 725 euros, with everything included. (Electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning help every 2 weeks, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.) There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. The private space is large, faces the street, and can be furnished or unfurnished. It is on the first floor.
