You will live with a helpful, open-minded, and calm person, omnivorous and non-smoker. For you, privately: two bedrooms separate office space private bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet/sink. The rest of this large house is shared, offering plenty of space and privacy. It's a pleasant and peaceful place to live, with South of France vibes! Unlike other co-housing options, there's plenty of space and privacy, and you'll share a large house with just one other person. I am a professional musician myself, and my workspace and recording studio are separate from the house where I can work undisturbed (and for you too). We'll have a simple, clear agreement, one fixed price, all-inclusive. (rent, utilities, heating, gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, fire insurance, etc.). Please also keep in mind that you don't need any furniture, kitchenware, or appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Except for a bed, everything is here for you! If you're attached to your own furniture, mine will go into storage. I don't care, do your thing. Short-term rental is no problem. The house is detached and has private parking. Quietly situated, lots of light, lots of greenery, a garden, and a terrace. Spacious entrance, large living room, kitchen with a cooking island and all amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave), and a separate storage area. Wooden and parquet floors.
