The living area comprises a central room and a lounge with a fireplace. Upstairs, there's a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet (and a second toilet on the ground floor). The basement offers ample storage space for belongings and DIY projects, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.

The bedrooms are 10 and 13 square meters, sunny even in winter, separated by a door, and with only one door leading to the hallway. The double bedroom is on the first floor, next to the bathroom. It's the master bedroom and in perfect condition!
