In the green Vierseldijk neighborhood next to the Hovorst estate (wooded area), lies the Brouwershuis, a neoclassical townhouse. The house borders the Oude Brouwerij (Old Brewery), a place where people seek peace and contemplation. The Brouwershuis is a community center where three people each have their own room and share the rest of the house. We are looking for a new resident. We are looking for a quiet person who does not smoke indoors and who enjoys making the house a cozy home together with the other residents. In addition to your own room, there is a spacious living room (5m20 x 4m80) and a bathroom (3m60 x 2m70) with a bath/shower, sink, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (4m80 x 8m80) with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, laundry room, covered terrace, courtyard, and storage room. Central heating is gas-fired. The living room also has a wood-burning stove.

The private room is located on the first floor (room 3 on the plan), measures 4m70 by 4m00, has a washbasin and has windows facing west and north with a view of the garden of the Old Brewery.
