Roommate wanted! 🏡 Wanted: woman who enjoys a quiet place yet is still in the center of Sint-Niklaas. The room is 4m by 3m. There is a window with a roller shutter and fly screen. Ground floor to share: storage room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room. We also share the large garden: it's 80m long and has a lovely view of allotments. 🍃 I am a 35-year-old woman, quiet and very involved in reenactment. I enjoy board games and short outings. It would be nice to do things together sometimes, but personal time is also important. Domicile is not possible, but it is possible in the future. No pets, two cats already live there. A minimum of 3 months is preferred. €500/month
