Available again due to cancellation Hi, I'm Elisa (43 years old) and live with my son Otis (13 years old and on a week-to-week basis) in Sint Amandsberg. We've been sharing our house with a co-houser for six years now. It's a spacious (unfurnished or partially furnished) attic room. We share the bathroom and kitchen. The rent is €550 (all inclusive). The room will be available again from May 1st. There are easy bus connections, the house is a 10-minute walk to Ghent Dampoort station and a 25-minute walk to the city center. Parks, shops, Rozenbroeken, a doctor, etc. are all nearby. We're looking for a stable, quiet roommate who respects everyone's privacy. Residential living is not possible. The private space upstairs is almost the same size as our private space downstairs. We share a bathroom and kitchen, and we communicate easily when making arrangements.
