Two rooms are available in my cozy little house in the Azaleapark area of Sint-Amandsberg. Bedroom 1 is a spacious room on the first floor, and bedroom 2 is also very spacious and located on the second floor. Litze (27) – I coach students in my daily life, but in my free time I like to exchange students for dancing and drinks! I love spending time with my friends and family, so that's where you'll find me most often on weekends. I also love good food, good wine, and fun trips! I'm looking for roommates who enjoy sharing moments in the living space, but there's absolutely no obligation. Anything goes, nothing is required. I value an open, homey atmosphere and honest communication. Besides the moments together, I also find it important that there's enough space and freedom with each other. The house itself? 4 bedrooms (one of which is a multipurpose room) 1 bathroom with a bath, shower, washing machine, and toilet Small courtyard that still needs to be fully furnished (nice project together? 😉) 1 attic room for storage Fully equipped kitchen Both bedrooms €313 (excluding utilities, which are approximately €75) Preferably two people who work and share the same vision for living together.
