The house has six rooms, allowing for various combinations: • One or two single people • A parent with child(ren) • Possibly a small family There's plenty of space to live together and have your own space. I also have a friend with two children who occasionally stay overnight—not a constant presence, but part of the reality here. I'm looking for cohousers who: • appreciate space, nature, and simplicity • communicate openly and respectfully • enjoy being together occasionally, but also respect each other's privacy • can live in a lively house with a child and animals

I'm Ine (42), mom of Nymke (11), a home nurse, and a part-time potter. I love caring, being creative, and a home where peace and quiet naturally blend. I live in Olsene with our border collie, Syrah, and a cat, in a spacious house that will be available for cohousing starting in April.

These things we like to do togther

Naturally, that space also requires some maintenance. I'm looking for someone (or several people) who enjoys helping to care for my house and garden in a relaxed, natural way. We can cook together, watch TV, and socialize, but there's no obligation here.

Additional information about price or contract

The price depends on the number of people staying. The rent includes all utilities. I require a three-month deposit (this also includes the contract's cancellation period). If I rent the rooms to one person, the price is €1000. If it's to two separate people, it's €550, and if it's to three separate people, it's €400.
