The shared accommodation is located on the upper floor of my two-family home.
I (Carine - 49 years old) will live on the ground floor with my son (Pablo - 13 years old - who is here every other week), while remaining close to the spirit and life of this place.
I am a kind, creative person who values the quality of human relationships. I appreciate peaceful, respectful, and joyful atmospheres, and I place great importance on harmonious living.
Even though I am not officially part of the shared accommodation, I wish to maintain a warm connection with this project, particularly through natural interactions and sharing certain spaces and chosen moments (such as the garden or social gatherings).

Standard 3-year shared tenancy agreement with a house rules.
Registered address registration is possible.
Early termination of the lease is possible, provided the departing tenant finds a replacement roommate, approved by the other residents, to maintain the balance and harmony of the shared tenancy (details specified in the contract).
