Cozy L-shaped living room with a dining table, lounge (seats 2x2), fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an electric oven, a combination microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. There are also two sinks with a cooker and an espresso machine. There's also an additional freezer with 5 drawers in the garage/workshop, where the washing machine and dryer are also located. There's also an extra drinks refrigerator in the veranda. Stocks can be easily stored in the basement, and there's a very spacious attic for storage. A large studio is always perfect for crafting or letting your creative juices flow. There's space for a bicycle at the entrance, and parking is always available in front of the house. Central heating is provided throughout, with smart radiator valves that can be controlled separately in each room. The entrance hall has a cloakroom and a toilet. On the first floor are my bedroom and yours, an office, and the bathroom. Above that is the attic, which can be reached by a fold-down staircase.
Personal space
A bedroom at the front of the house on the first floor. Currently being renovated and will be ready soon. A possible office space is also an option.
