The shared kitchen and living room are available for €400 per month, all utilities included (gas, heating, running water, hot water, electricity, garbage collection, building maintenance, washing machine, internet). The apartment is fully renovated and currently being furnished. Parking is available for €60 per month and is located behind the building; access to the building is also possible through the parking lot. The first bedroom is already occupied by a 23-year-old French student.
