The house is large and has 2 floors. The second floor are mostly bedrooms and a space for a washing machine or other utilities.
The house has 2 balconies, one cozy and small to enjoy a late night drink with a friend, and a large one to host a nice event during the warm periods.
The kitchen comes with a refrigerator/freezer that's divided in 3. Comes with a dishwasher, oven and an electric stove. Connected to the living room, it provides the opportunity to cook, yet still be present for your guests. In the living room itself, we have a dinner table and a couch to relax. We have some furniture here and there but since we are starting fresh, there's room for decorations/improvements.
There's a toilet in the hall between the entrance and the living room and a sink right next to it.
Personal space
The room is a cozy space to make it your own. You have an inclined roof on one side with a window. Comes with a curtain to allow your room to be pitch black. There's also a wooden beam that hangs over the length of the room that can provide a nature feel to it. The room also comes with it's own bathroom with no toilet. There you have a sink, shower and a shelf to store your bathroom utilities. Same kind of window as the bedroom itself, also option to go pitch black. Since it's the room downstairs, it provides privacy from roommates upstairs and potential washing machine noise. It is also the coolest room when it comes to summer.
