TEMPORARY CONTRACT + HOME (Until the end of August) Hi! 📢 One of our housemates is leaving early. Therefore, we are looking for a new housemate to join our co-house (as soon as possible). 📍 Our house is located in Ten Wijngaard in the quiet Kareelveld neighborhood. (Near Gasthuisberg) 🏠 The house has 3 rooms + 1 office, 2 toilets, and 1 bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. We have a kitchen with a storage room and a spacious living room. We also have a garage and a small garden with a mini terrace. 🛏️ The available room is approximately 16m², closets can be taken over, and you need to provide your own bed. It is located on the first floor. There is also an additional separate storage space in the basement. The toilet and bathroom with a shower are shared. The monthly rent is approximately €550, excluding fixed costs such as electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. Note: We're looking for someone to join our co-house until August 2026.
