wardrobe. The apartment occupies the entire floor and

stove, and cooking utensils. The bathroom includes both a
bathtub and a shower, with ample built-in storage. The toilet
is separate for added comfort.
A basement is also available to store a folding bike. HAS
washing machine and a drier are already installed.
Personal space
Your private bedroom is 15 m², opens onto a small terrace
and includes a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of
storage space. Some bedroom furniture can be discussed
with the previous roommate. Air conditioning is available for the hot days in summer.
