The building is quietly situated with excellent access to the A12 motorway, the Brussels ring road, and public transport. It has two terraces. The common areas are on the first floor. I am looking for a pleasant, respectful cohousing partner to share this apartment. I appreciate a quiet, tidy home where everyone feels at home and respects each other's privacy. There is certainly also room for socializing.

The room is approximately 20 m². It's unfurnished, so you can decorate it entirely to your own taste. (The photos do show furniture.) The room is located on the second floor.
