We are looking for someone who

We're looking for calm, tidy individuals who are also working or studying. Our goal is to live together, save a lot so we can eventually buy our own place, and occasionally take on some housework. We'd also like to have some company while we cook in the kitchen or enjoy a drink on the patio. Sound like something for you?

Andreas = a 29-year-old man, a star in the hospitality industry (works at Balthazar in Kortrijk, a famous food and drink establishment). He's a great cook. He sleeps a lot when he's not working. He's fashion-conscious, handy (when it suits him :-)), and can be sweet (although he's a bit moody early in the morning). Dina: a 24-year-old woman, a hard worker (also in the hospitality industry). He loves to chat and enjoys going out for a drink. Her cat is called Tijgertje, and you might see him in the hallway. Julia: is leaving, is of Dutch descent, and studied international business. Her internship here has ended, and her room is available. Jana: is 29 and has bought a house. Well done, Jana! Congratulations! Her room (the largest one) is available. Dehlia: is 23 and Italian. She studied at the Level and is now going on an internship abroad. Her room will also be available. So, we're doing well internationally :-)

These things we like to do togther

We're all very different from each other. Some are open books, others are more reserved. We all go to work or school, so we don't see each other much. Usually in the kitchen, where we can have a nice chat, or on the patio. We really try to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy so the next person in the kitchen or bathroom doesn't have to clean it first. And on a warm spring or summer day, we like to go out into town.

Additional information about price or contract

The rent for the two rooms at the back is €520/month, and the rent for the largest room is €560/month. The lease is for one year and renewable. Cancellations must be made with three months' notice. Students are also welcome. The student deposit is two months' rent.
