The house was originally built in 2016 as a maternity hotel. There are three guest rooms and a shared bathroom with a shower for these guests. We have our own private bathroom and dressing room. There are separate toilets for cohousers both downstairs and upstairs. There is a shared large kitchen for everyone with two refrigerators. A home theater, a game room, and a seating area for visitors are also available. Ample parking is available. There is a large, enclosed garden with a vegetable patch and a large, partially covered terrace.
Personal space
Furnished 13m² room with air conditioning and real parquet flooring. It features a sink, wardrobe, desk, and more. A large window with blackout blinds faces west. Besides this private room, the house is spacious enough to offer a quiet retreat.
