Our house is located on the charming Herfstlaan in Kessel-Lo, right next to the beautiful Provincial Estate Kessel-Lo. Several bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away, and Leuven city center is a 10-minute bike ride away. You'll find everything you need nearby: a Spar, a Delhaize, Hal 5, Vlierbeek Abbey, the Kesselse Bergen, and many more lovely spots within walking and cycling distance.
Our house also features a cozy living room with a dining area, TV corner, and reading nook, a kitchen, an extra toilet, and a lovely garden. There you'll find not only a vegetable garden and a flowerbed for bees and insects, but also our faithful four-legged friend Isra, the cutest watchdog ever. Behind our garden lies the expansive Provincial Estate Kessel-Lo, so if you enjoy greenery and peace and quiet, you're in the right place.
Parking? No problem! There's always space on the street, and there's even a parking space right outside. A blue card or resident's card are both options.
Personal space
The room is 14 m², unfurnished, and located on the second floor, facing the street. There's plenty of room for a large bed, wardrobes, and a cozy sitting area. You'll share a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a separate office with one other roommate. Need extra storage? You'll find it in the basement.
