We are looking for a new roommate as I am moving out. This is a very nice place, and I have been really happy about living here.

The house was originally non-furnished, which is why I sell my third of the shared furniture for 500€.
PREFFERENCES:
We are looking for, someone who can commit to staying long term (+1 year), preferably a student or young worker.
