Hello! Due to my departure, I'm looking for a new tenant for our cohouse. The house is ideally located in a residential area in Heverlee, just outside Leuven itself, but Leuven city center and Leuven train station are easily accessible by bike or bus (there's a bus stop close to the house). The house has two floors, five rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a beautiful garden (perfect for enjoying in the summer!). There are five of us in the cohouse; we're between 29 and 38 years old and working. Everyone has the space to pursue their own activities, but there's always the opportunity to do something together 😊 We're preferably looking for someone who is already working or looking for work, calm, and sociable. The goal is to build a sense of community/group spirit. Therefore, the tenant is expected to stay for a year or more. Rent: EUR 500/month (including utilities and other costs). Personal space
The room is approximately 15 m². There's plenty of room for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Shelving units are already integrated into the room's structure. It's located on the second floor and is the only room on this floor, so you'll have a bit of space to yourself.

A cozy space with some clutter every now and then.
