Emma is leaving our cohousing after a year and a half, so we (Fran, Lotte, Roos, and our cat Fernando) are looking for a new roommate. We live in a warm and cozy terraced house on Waversebaan in Heverlee. The house has three floors with a total of four bedrooms. The available bedroom is on the first floor next to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom (with toilet). The ground floor has a small kitchen, living room/music room, second bathroom, bedroom, toilet, and terrace. The second floor has two more bedrooms and a toilet. We also have a basement with storage space and a washing machine. The common areas are now fully furnished and equipped.
Personal space
- Private unfurnished bedroom of approximately 12 square meters overlooking a quiet square with a park
- Rent is currently €400/month, and fixed costs (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and fire insurance) are approximately €90/month
- Move-in starting March 1st, residential use possible

Fran (26) is a harpist and music teacher who loves painting, getting lost in the woods, and creating chaos. She combines her job with completing a master's degree in Western literature.
Lotte (23) is a teacher of Dutch (a non-native language) and also paints, but with less creative freedom (by numbers, brain dead). She's a sociable, energetic person who's always ready for short or long conversations and spends a lot of time with friends.
Roos (24) is a trumpet player and music teacher, as well as a creative all-rounder. She makes all her own clothes and decorations, is a cat mom, and the handyman around the house!

As our housemate, you'll get…
- three housemates who form a warm and welcoming group and enjoy the occasional brunch, a cup of tea from our collection, or a concert/theatre performance
- three homemade vegetarian meals a week, which we sometimes eat together but also leave on the refrigerator shelves of the (music) teachers during evening lessons. Adding a fourth day of delicious vegetarian food to the week is very welcome :)

- a house in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a Sunday morning market, a park, free parking, and a library across the street

Additional information about price or contract
The current contract runs until August 1, 2025, but we'd like to extend it for a year (the landlord has already agreed) and are looking for a roommate who is willing/able to stay until July 31, 2027. A shorter term is certainly also negotiable.
