Quietly located on Heidelaan in Heverlee, close to Park Abbey and a 10-minute bike ride from Leuven city center. The available room is spacious and bright, located at the back of the house with a view of the garden! It's on the first floor. The house also has a large garden (wonderful in nice weather) with a vegetable patch, and you can safely store your bike in the garage. You will share the house with Guillaume (29), Giel (34), Tjardo (34), and Constanza (38). Ideal candidate: 25–35 years old, female (to maintain a balance in the group), and working full-time. The landlord does not allow pets. How much does it cost? The rent is €495/month, including water, gas, electricity, internet, and cleaning. Direct debit required!
