I'm looking for a friendly and tidy cohousing partner for my home. This type of living is ideal for someone who enjoys independent living but is also open to cohousing with plenty of mutual respect and privacy. The home features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and one or more bedrooms. There's plenty of space to feel completely at home. A big plus is the privacy, as I frequently travel abroad for extended periods. The home is quietly located and easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Street parking is available. I don't have private parking. For me, cohousing is all about trust, open communication, and respect for each other's space. Cleanliness is very important to me.
Personal space
The private space consists of a private, secure room that is entirely at the tenant's disposal. This space offers ample space for comfortable living, working, and relaxing. You can count on peace and privacy, especially since I often travel abroad. Plus, a private bathroom.
