🏡 Room for rent - Brugse Poort region (near the Guislain Bridge) A cozy room is available in a bright, spacious house near the Guislain Bridge. The house features: a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and freezer. A cozy living room A small terrace 2 toilets A bathroom with a bathtub and shower Washing machine, dryer, and drying rack 👩‍🏫 You'll be sharing the house with me: a 34-year-old woman, a teacher, athletic, and bilingual (French/Dutch). I enjoy cooking occasionally, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, and respect everyone's privacy — but I also enjoy doing something fun together now and then. 🧸 During the week, my two young children (1 and 2 years old) are with me for four days (alternating mornings and evenings). They go to bed early and are quiet. Only around dinnertime (6:00 PM–8:30 PM) can it get a bit busier in the house. 💶 All-inclusive rent: €600 💡 Utilities, cleaning, paper, trash, laundry & cleaning products + an occasional hot meal included 😉. Non-smoker (or smokes outside only) No pets. Working Dutch speaking. You will stay for at least 1 year. 🧸 En semaine, me deux jeunes enfants sont presenten quatre jours, selon un horaire variable (matin ou soir).
It's okay until it's very calm. The ambiance is a pleasant atmosphere during dinner (starting between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.), but the general rest of the house can be enjoyed.
