We are looking for someone who
(English below)
We're looking for someone for a little over six months, starting in February. The exact date is negotiable.
Lenny and I aren't home very often, so if you're looking for co-housing for companionship, this might not be the place. However, I do think it's important that we can have a nice chat when we see each other. Open communication and empathy are important to me in co-housing, especially if contact is less frequent.

Lenny and I aren't home very much, so if you're looking for co-housing for the companionship of the roommates, this might not be the ideal place, but I think it's important that we can have a nice conversation and/or have dinner together when we're both around the house at the same time. Open communication and empathy are important to me in co-housing, especially if contact is less frequent.

Something more about your co-residents
(English below)
We're both not home very often, but when we are at the same time, we like to catch up on what's been keeping us busy lately.
Lenny started studying art history again this year. He's very busy with that, so he's mainly stuck in the books and, if he can manage it, he enjoys hitting the road bike.
Maud works four days a week as a carpenter at the Viernulvier Arts Centre in the Vooruit. She also enjoys volunteering with the construction team at De Koer (dekoer.be) and tries to maintain a healthy range of sports activities by running, cycling, or swimming. Her friend also visits regularly, but she's often away because she's there.
We're both quite relaxed about cohousing. We're open to having a cleaner, should the third tenant require one. Ideally, we sit together around the dining table every month to keep our finger on the pulse of whether everyone is happy with how things are going in the house(s).

She will be staying at her girlfriends quite some time a week, but this also happens the other way around.

These things we like to do togther
(English below)
Aside from eating together once a month or so, we don't have any regular shared activities. That doesn't mean we don't occasionally sit together at the dinner table or build a fire in the garden, where everyone is welcome, of course.
