The owner lives on the ground floor and this is 1 of 3 apartments full of classic urban charm, but with modern interior. The apartment consists of 2 rooms: 1 small and 1 large. In the small room lives Clarisse, a very sweet, pleasant French student. You share the kitchen/living room and bathroom with her. Although not large in surface area, the high ceilings and the window with a view of the gardens create a spacious feeling in the apartment. In the hallway there are several cupboards that provide plenty of storage space. In the living room there is a Kallax cupboard with 4x4 compartments for extra storage space. In the corner next to the window there is a smaller built-in cupboard where we made the tea/coffee corner. In the kitchen there is a fridge, oven and (fast) heating plate included.
Personal space
The room I am sadly leaving after 3 years is almost as big as the kitchen/living room, with classic moldings and a high window. The large desk is perfect for a home office. The double door is half a large storage space. The wardrobe belongs to the room and 1 smaller cabinet separately too. There is no bed included with the room. The flower chandelier will move with me :)

Clarisse is often on campus during the day and works regularly in the weekend. She is always open for a chat and a drink. Her friends are quietly respectful when they come over, but she always asks in advance to see if it fits. Mona, the owner is an energetic friendly lady with a small gentle dog Robbie. On the first floor live 2 young men and in the loft above lives 1 boy, who all work during the day and have a quiet household.

Additional information about price or contract
Monthly provision of 100 euros for fixed costs (water, electricity and gas). Mona checks the bill annually to see if any additional payments need to be made or if a refund is required. There is a separate meter for water and electricity per apartment, the readings of which you send to Mona monthly.
