We are looking for someone who

We're looking for a cheerful, lively housemate. Age isn't really important. Young at heart is! Understanding and respectful towards others. A true dog lover, neat and orderly. Social engagement and a dry sense of humor are highly appreciated. A stable income is preferred. The monthly rent is €420 / all-inclusive, based on reasonable and normal consumption. A 2-month rental deposit is required. (Minimum 3 months' rent.) Smoking is permitted outside. Preferably no night workers or shift workers, given the dogs' vigilance :-) Direct debit is not possible. I, Wim, am retired, active 60 plusser and owner of the house. Nature and dog lover. 2 darling mini Schnauzer dogs in the house. I like to go to smaller performances, shows, exhibitions. Crazy about camping with the caravan. Mahdi is my other co-houser, Lebanese and film director. Top guest, very social. Speaks English, French and Arabic. Then there is Amélie, our French student who unfortunately returns to Brittany. My girlfriend is here irregularly.

These things we like to do togther

We love a friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere in the house. Nothing has to be done together, but for example cooking together seems fun to us. (No, we are not vegetarians) Or going to a terrace in the neighborhood. Occasionally a helping hand in the garden or with a small job is always welcome.
