Early September, 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) will be available in our house on Drongen Luchteren. 1st floor, together +- 30 m2. PERSONAL AREA: Smaller super sunny bedroom, view of the garden, with double bed and desk. Larger bright living room on the street side with lots of closet space, sitting area, etc. You can possibly furnish or rearrange the rooms yourself. Washing machine and dryer can be used in our garage by appointment. COMMON AREA: Toilet / shower room upstairs. Fitted kitchen downstairs. Front and back garden. Free parking in front of the door in a safe, dead-end green street. Bicycle shed. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy nearby. The house is located in a super quiet neighborhood with a nice front and large back garden, terrace facing south, wonderful to enjoy in better weather. Accessible by public transport but also easy to get to Ghent city centre by bike.
