You are looking for a temporary or medium-term solution (at least 3 months). You'll share the house with me, the owner. I'm a calm and easygoing thirty-something, work full-time, and am often on the road or staying with my girlfriend, so you'll often have the house to yourself. I value peace, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere. No parties or student craziness here, but a mature and respectful way of living together, where everyone's privacy is paramount. Although we each have our own lives, I'm certainly open to a friendly chat in the kitchen or a coffee break in the garden if we get along. But above all, feel free to follow your own rhythm.

Everyone has their own life and privacy, but there's room for socializing whenever it feels right. We share the house in a mature and relaxed way: We respect each other's rhythms, working hours, and needs. Everyone takes care of the house and leaves the common areas tidy. Communication is open and accessible – we simply address small matters. Time spent together? Enjoyable, but no strings attached. Would you like to cook together occasionally, have a coffee on the patio, or chat in the kitchen? It's great, as long as it happens spontaneously. Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed.
