The apartment is just steps from Marguerite Duras Park and the Vismet ponds in Sainte-Catherine, with their many cafes and restaurants. However, the street (one-way) and the block where we live are quiet. There are two metro stations nearby: Sainte-Catherine and Yser. The apartment is spacious (130 m²): 3 bedrooms, a bright living room, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, and a bathroom. There is no washing machine at the moment (although there is a space for one), but there is a laundromat nearby. A major advantage for city center living: the ground-floor apartment also has a private 75 m² garden with a terrace.
Personal space
The room (€630) is 14 m² (approximately 4.5 x 3 m) and has two windows overlooking the garden. The furniture shown in the photos can be provided without any problem. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom.
