The cosy common areas encourage contacts and IKOAB regularly organises events for its members, so you can also meet residents from other homes and make great friends. Laughing together, discussing, Franglais, team spirit and a bad morning mood... Loft Story, but better!

Additional information about price or contract

Life is hard enough as it is, no need to make thing even more difficult. The expenses include the bills for water, electricity, heating, the Internet, home insurance and cleaning of communal spaces (weekly) and the rooms (every two weeks).

IKOAB is responsible for sorting out the paperwork and maintenance, while you are free to enjoy yourself. If you have any problems, contact the service team who is always hard at work and they will come and sort things out. Don’t forget that our flexible contracts are adapted to all your needs: minimum length 6 months, can be extended for up to 3 years.
