I'm planning to move in with my partner and don't want to rent/sell my home right away. That's why I'm co-housing, as I'd only be coming to my current place for a maximum of two weekends a month. Essentially, you have an entire home to yourself for the price of a co-housing stay. The property: - Built in 2019, semi-detached, quietly located, and in excellent condition. - 5 parking spaces - Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom - South-facing terrace with table, chairs, and parasol - 15 minutes from the shops in Zottegem and 10 minutes from the shops in Brakel - Bus stop is a 5-minute walk - Large garden What I'm looking for: For the number of times I'll be there: A female co-houser who enjoys cooking together, going out for a meal, or having drinks, but who also respects each other's privacy and tranquility. I'm also looking for someone who values order and cleanliness.
