Someone looking for a combination of shared and independent living—we'll live our own lives, but with an eye for each other and space to occasionally eat together, go out together in the neighborhood, or just chat in the living room/kitchen. If there's overlap in interests, such as the social and/or cultural sector, that's certainly welcome.

Luca (28 years old, this/that person) is studying Drama Therapy part-time and also works as an author and editor. Luca enjoys drawing, reading, board games, being in nature, dancing, and has a keen interest in psychology, politics, and sociology. Jolien (33 years old, she/her) works in the socio-cultural sector and enjoys having coffee together, spinning, or spending the evening at a café. She enjoys the vibrant city life. She is also a photographer and loves (solo) travel. Jolien will be moving on July 1st, and we will choose a new roommate together around that time.

We find our home very cozy, warm, and yet peaceful. There's no set schedule for shared activities; they often just arise as we go along, such as both working/reading from home in the living room, chatting while cooking, playing a game, etc.

Additional information about price or contract

Luca has a master lease with the landlord; the others have an addendum to this contract. The €500 per month includes all advance payments, such as electricity. There's an annual statement of all costs, where everything is settled. You might get a small refund or have to pay a small additional amount (this hasn't happened before). Regarding the term: we prefer long-term rentals, but you can always cancel the contract with three months' notice.
