-Pleasant 86 m² apartment located in Hof ter Lo, near the center of Antwerp and within walking distance of Rivierenhof Park. Easy access to highway entrances and public transport within approximately 150 meters. It has a terrace and was almost completely renovated in 2019. -I am looking for a pleasant, respectful cohousing partner to share this apartment. I love a quiet, tidy home where everyone can be themselves, with room for conversation but also respect for each other's privacy. There's room for conviviality, but also a strong focus on privacy and comfort. *I'm often out and about myself, but when I'm home in the evenings, I also enjoy some peace and quiet and a cozy moment for myself in the living room. That certainly doesn't mean that cooking, eating, or just spending time together in the living room or kitchen isn't possible—on the contrary, I think that would be nice. I just want to say that I'm a big football fan, and if there's a match on, I'd like to prioritize it 😉
Personal space
The room is approximately 11 m² and is located in a relatively quiet building. It's unfurnished, so you can decorate it entirely to your own taste. Before you move in, I'll make sure everything is in perfect order: a new lock, a fresh coat of paint, and so on. The room is next to the train tracks, so you'll hear some noise occasionally, but you'll get used to it quickly.
