Who would like to spend the winter in our cozy house? Available from around December 15, 2025, for approximately 3-4 months, with care for Fons the cat. Rent: €600 (only downstairs, 90m²), €750 (+ upstairs, 120m²). Residential tenancy is not possible. Light, nature, and tranquility are the key words for our house, which we are offering for temporary rent. We are Matt and Kathleen, an English-Flemish couple. Our house is located in Booischot on a quiet cul-de-sac near nature. The house has been renovated. We are looking for someone to rent it for a few months because we will be traveling for a while. For now, around 3-4 months. Unfortunately, we cannot bring our retired cat, Fons, with us. Our neighbors are happy to help if occasional care is not possible. We rent furnished. The rent is just €600 for the ground floor, or €750 for use of the ground floor and an additional bathroom and room upstairs. Fixed costs range from €150 to €200, which includes water, electricity, gas, garbage collection, and internet/TV. Our ground floor has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine), a separate toilet, a conservatory/veranda, and a garden. The upper floor has an additional bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, and one additional room (office).
