We are looking for someone who

We're looking for people who want to live here long-term. At least a year, preferably longer. Stability is important. We want a mix of creative people who want to use the studio. But within that mix, we definitely also see people who don't need the studio. Only creative people... that's not good! Only clean creative activities, as we sew with fabrics and offer workshops. A sound journey or yoga workshop, etc., is organized once a month.

Alejandro is still living with us for a few months; he wants to buy his own place. He works in a biker community. Kyara is doing an internship in fashion. She's not sure yet whether she wants to stay in Belgium. Both are still young, 22 years old.

Friendly and open. Some are a bit more introverted than others. The others on the upper floors have lived here for years.

The price of utilities isn't fixed; it's a provision. We ask people to be mindful of water and other amenities. No 10-minute showers... no heating at 23 degrees... We know that if you pay 120 per month for normal use, you'll have a surplus on this amount. This amount is calculated annually and settled with the other residents.
